The Finder's "create a folder with these items" is an excellent idea-when it works. Why not create the folder IN PLACE, where I am? Why send me someplace else? "Untitled" folder sends you to the bottom of your list of folders ("U"). Where is it? How to create a folder where I want it to be created-not a folder within the previous folder within the previous folder.etc.

(Somewhat related, I found "A Better Finder Rename" to be a very useful tool, much more powerful than I first thought.) The same problem occurs when renaming files. The biggest problem here is: AFTER moving the files, you (the "cursor") are sent to the top of your file list, forcing you to scroll back to where you were to start over again. In a long list of files/folders, moving files into folders. I have also seen these problems in PathFinder and Commander One.

I'll let you know when I dig into it more. I have these problems in the Finder (High Sierra and Mojave) that may be resolved by Fileside.
